During nearly 10 years leading communications and providing policy advice to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, I often heard that people were dealing with privacy "off the side of their desk." I started Range Road Communications to help with this problem and I assist clients with a range of services – from developing privacy and AI governance frameworks to helping respond to access requests.

​​Some of my accomplishments include executing a stakeholder engagement plan to inform Alberta's health professionals about new privacy breach reporting requirements, co-leading the development of the Privacy and Access in Saskatchewan Schools website for the Saskatchewan School Boards Association and co-authoring the Global Privacy Assembly's Resolution on E-Learning Platforms on behalf of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

I attained a Master of Administration and Leadership from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Communications Studies from the University of Calgary. I am also a Certified Information Privacy Manager through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
